Scope of application:
The horizontal and vertical combustion tester mainly evaluates the flammability of V-0, V-1, V-2, HB, 5V, VMT grade materials. It is suitable for the research, production and quality inspection departments of electrical and electronic products and their components such as lighting equipment, low-voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tool electrical appliances, motors, power tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, electrical connectors and accessories. Fundamental:
In the event of fire around the product, make sure that it does not cause the spread of combustion. Use a Bunsen burner of specified size and a specific gas source (methane or natural gas) to burn the horizontal or vertical test sample several times according to a certain flame height and a certain flame angle. Ignition, duration of scorching burning and burning length, etc. to evaluate its flammability and fire hazard.
